Academic success requires persistence and focus. But many students, especially today, struggle with maintaining attention. Between social media and the pandemic, our focus is pulled in so many directions it can be hard to maintain attention on the task at hand. In this two-part workshop series, develop strategies for maintaining focus when you need it most. This two part session is scheduled to help students in advance of final exams.
