A discussion of grading, assessment – how to do it fairly? What do grades mean at Yale-NUS College? We will discuss the Yale-NUS Assessment and Grading Report and share stories from the trenches about how we and our students look at grades. We will also share some of the new educational research on how grades can align with learning outcomes, normative grading, and review some aspects of the psychology of grades and assessment.
